The Fund has a growing and constantly evolving portfolio of facilities.

Wind Farms:
- Mont Miller- Kavelstorf & Eckolstädt

Northland Power Inc. manages the Iroquois Falls and Kingston generating stations and the Mont Miller wind farm on behalf of the Fund through its wholly owned subsidiary. The Manager’s responsibilities include providing all necessary staff to operate and maintain the facilities, coordinating the sale of electricity and steam under the power purchase and steam sales agreements, implementing environmental monitoring and management systems, bidding into the wholesale electricity market and administering the gas supply agreements, including assuming responsibility for making all required nominations on a timely basis.
